The location of the hotel is ideal as it is situated down the bay, providing a peaceful and quiet atmosphere for a relaxing vacation. it is conveniently close to the beach, allowing for easy access to breathtaking views and crystal-clear waters. the beautiful Voulisma beach is also just a stone's throw away, providing guests with the opportunity to sunbathe and swim in a picturesque setting. the rooms offer a clean and comfortable environment, with a spacious bathroom and the chance to enjoy a stunning view of the bay.

The hotel falls short in terms of its food options, with limited choices and a lack of variety.

We appreciated to chill in the nearby waterland poolbar restaurant. Enjoyable base for discovering Agios Nikolaos: )

The location of this hotel was perfect, as it was right next to the beautiful Voulisma beach. The views from the hotel and rooms were fine, with clear and turquoise waters right at my doorstep. I also appreciated the fact that the hotel was close to Agios Nikolaos and Elounda, making it easy to explore these nearby cities. The staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating, ensuring that my stay was comfortable. the cleanliness of the hotel and the facilities provided were great.

the quality of breakfast/dinner was very poor

resort-like hotel perched upon the mountainside overlooking a stunning little bay outside Istron, beach at 2 minutes walk down a stairs among ficus trees and bushes. Free parking, pools, minimarket. Friendly staff, got offered a bottle of wine by the night-watcher to apologize for forgetting our wake-up call:) paid 68eur/night

Food at the dinner buffet (12 eur) and breakfast wasn't so good (very fast food like). Wifi is not free (cheap though, 90min/5eur)

We loved the stunning views from our room at this place, overlooking the turquoise waters of the bay. The hotel is situated right next to the beautiful Voulisma beach, making it very convenient for us to access the sand and sea whenever we wanted. The room amenities were top-notch, with air conditioning, a minibar, and a balcony where we could relax and enjoy the view. We also appreciated the in-room safe, electric kettle, and flat-screen TV, which added to our comfort and convenience. The staff were friendly and provided excellent room service, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay.

The view was amazing!!!! And the beach under the hotel, one of the best in East Crete!!!

The personnel were rude and not helping at all. The cleaning was not sufficient; they have not cleaned the filters of the air condition for ever.

The beach near the hotel was amazing and the staff were friendly and helpful. the hotel was also in a great location, with easy access to the nearest town, making it convenient to do some shopping during my business trip.

The food at the hotel was a bit lacking, and the selection of drinks was extremely limited, especially for someone who prefers a wider variety of options. the room was also a bit dated, and some of the amenities needed repairs.
